Welcome to Local Growth Labs, operated by Serhat Dağkıran. By accessing our website and utilizing our automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Services

We provide automated review management software-as-a-service (SaaS). We act as an authorized manager for your Google Business Profile to draft and publish responses to your customer reviews.

2. Account Access

To provide our services, you must grant us "Manager" access to your Google Business Profile. You retain full ownership of your profile. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

3. Billing and Payments

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. The initial charge includes a professional setup fee ($50) and the first month of service ($99). By subscribing, you authorize our Merchant of Record (Paddle) to charge your payment method $99 on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

Search engine algorithms (e.g., Google) are out of our control. Serhat Dağkıran and Local Growth Labs shall not be held liable for any fluctuations in search rankings or loss of business.
